MY WORK
Having grown up always creating things, I guess it is no surprise that I have continued to do so in my adult life. As a multi-disciplinary artist, I also enjoy using my eye for design to help my clients realize their goals for redecorating and repurposing spaces. Today we live in a fast environment, one that consumes a lot and throws away a lot, all under the label of ‘convenience’. Everything has to be convenient because we’re so busy. My goal is to focus on repurposing wherever possible with certain furnishings or accessories to be more sustainable and also keep more funds in your wallet for other life choices. Sometimes, it winds up being a hybrid situation of rethinking and repurposing and introducing some new pieces into the mix to create our new look. I will work with you as much or as little as you need. I usually try to give an estimate for the time we might need to achieve your goals after our consultation. Otherwise, I simply keep track of my time and charge by the hour.

IT TAKES TWO
I started helping people redecorate and organize spaces after helping a friend unexpectedly one day during a summer visit to her home in New England. A new piece of furniture had arrived that just did not seem to fit where she had planned for it to be. I couldn’t help but want to jump in with my suggestions! Suddenly, we were moving different pieces around the room, trying out different configurations until we had a plan. I made suggestions and with her immediate feedback, we kept working until we got it right. We were able to rethink and repurpose that room in one afternoon and with that enthusiasm, my friend also started working on other areas of their home. That’s when I felt hooked!
